We added Wedding Taxis to our fleet.

We introduced our first electric taxi to the fleet.

New dispatch system goes live with new features: Rushmoor now offer e-bookings, IVR, text-back service and a new updated mobile App.

At the beginning of 2015, the new and improved A1 Rushmoor Taxis website went live!
2014

In the summer of 2014, we take on another 10 taxis taking our total to over 90. We maintain the pleasure of being Farnborough and Aldershot’s largest serving taxi company.
2013

In 2013, another fund raiser was done at the Donkey Derby SCBU (Guildford) and Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.

In 2012, we help promote Farnborough Airshow.
2011

In 2011, we joined Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
2005

In 2005, the new Auriga computer dispatch system was brought in with GPS tracking, including voice recording.
2004

In 2004, A1 Rushmoor taxis take time out to fundraise at the Donkey Derby and Victoria Day, Aldershot.
2000

In 2000, the company brought on another 8 taxis taking the total to 80.
1999

In 1999, A1 Rushmoor Taxis moved to 67, Victoria Road, Aldershot.
1997

In 1997, the first fully computerised taxi dispatch system was brought in.
1995

In 1995, A1 Rushmoor Radio Taxis moved to Alexandra House, Station Road, Aldershot.
1991

In 1991, Farnborough Radio Cabs (35 taxis at Farnborough main station) joined A1 Rushmoor Taxis. The company became A1 Rushmoor Radio Taxis, with 72 taxis serving Farnborough and Aldershot.
1986

In 1986, the office moved to the top of Mount Pleasant Road, Aldershot.
1984

In 1984, A1 Taxis (based by the Bingo Hall on the High Street) joined to form A1 Rushmoor Taxis. Their 15 taxis took the company to over 37 taxis.
1978

Rushmoor Taxis was formed in 1978 and worked from a hut on Aldershot Station with just 20 taxis.
